Thank you for your purchase! I take pride in creating personalised custom paintings and prints. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Custom Artwork
- Due to the personalized nature of custom paintings and prints, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the artwork has been commissioned, created, or printed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your custom painting or print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will require photos of the damage or defect to assess the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or repair.
- We will not issue a refund for damaged or defective items if the buyer does not notify us within the specified time frame.
3. Cancellations and Changes
- Custom Orders: Once a custom painting or print order has been confirmed and the process has begun, cancellations or changes to the order cannot be made.
- Pet portraits will have up to two adjustments before printing.
- If a cancellation is requested before the work has begun, we will refund the payment minus any non-refundable fees, such as materials already purchased or preparation work done.
4. Incorrect Information
- Please ensure that all information (e.g., images, text, preferences) provided for custom work is accurate. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer in submitting details for the artwork.
- Any revisions requested due to customer error may incur additional charges, and changes cannot be made once the final artwork has been completed and delivered.
5. Digital Proof Approvals
- For custom artwork, a digital proof may be sent for approval prior to finalisation. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve this proof thoroughly. Once approved, the order will be processed, and no refunds will be issued for any reason related to the final approved artwork.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping. Shipping issues should be addressed directly with the shipping provider. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added peace of mind.

- By placing an order for custom paintings or prints, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy. This ensures that you understand and accept the terms of purchase before completing your transaction.
